What is the Weekend Trading & Holding Rule?
Weekend trading and weekend position holding are not permitted on any Legion Funded account.
All open positions must be closed before the market closes for the weekend. Traders are responsible for managing their positions accordingly.
Can I hold trades over the weekend?
No.
Holding open positions after the market closes on Friday is not permitted under any account model.
All trades must be closed before the weekend market closure.
What happens if I have an open trade at market close?
If any positions remain open when the market closes before the weekend, our risk management system will automatically close all open trades at the prevailing market price.
These automatic closures are final and will be reflected in your trading history.
Will my trades be closed automatically?
Yes.
Any position that remains open at the time of the weekend market closure will be automatically closed by our system to ensure compliance with the Weekend Trading & Holding Policy.
Does this rule apply to all account types?
Yes.
The Weekend Trading & Holding Policy applies to all Legion Funded account models, including evaluation accounts, Instant Funding accounts, Fast Track accounts, and funded accounts.
