Third-Party Payments

Are third-party payments allowed?

Written by OMKAR

No.

Legion Funded does not permit third-party payments. All purchases and payment transactions must be made using a payment method that is owned and authorised by the account holder.

The name on the payment method should match the name registered on your Legion Funding account whenever applicable.

Why are third-party payments prohibited?

This policy is in place to protect both our traders and Legion Funded from payment fraud, unauthorised transactions, chargebacks, and other forms of financial abuse.

Requiring payments to be made by the account holder helps reduce the risk of credit card fraud and safeguards the integrity and security of our platform.

What happens if I use someone else's payment method?

If we determine that a payment was made using a third-party payment method, we may request additional verification or proof of payment ownership.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in:

  • Cancellation of the purchase

  • Suspension or termination of the trading account

  • Refund or reversal of the transaction, where applicable

  • Additional compliance review

Can I use a family member's or friend's credit card?

No.

Payments made using a credit card, debit card, digital wallet, bank account, or any other payment method belonging to another individual are not permitted.

All payments must be made using payment methods that belong to and are authorised by the registered account holder.

Important Notice

Legion Funding reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any order or account if a payment is identified as a third-party transaction or if fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity is suspected. Additional identity or payment verification may be required at our sole discretion.
