How do I access my MT5 account?
Once your account is created, your MT5 login credentials will be available in your Legion Funded Dashboard and will also be sent to your registered email address.
Your login details include:
MT5 Login ID
Password
MT5 Server Name
You will need all three to successfully access your trading account.
Which MT5 broker and server should I use?
All Legion Funded MT5 accounts are provided through FortressFx Ltd.
When logging into MT5, search for and select the FortressFx Ltd server exactly as provided in your dashboard or welcome email.
If multiple FortressFx Ltd servers are available, always use the specific server assigned to your account.
How do I install MetaTrader 5 on Windows or macOS?
Step 1
Download and install the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) desktop application for your operating system.
Step 2
Open MT5 and select File → Login to Trade Account.
Step 3
Enter your:

Password
FortressFx Ltd Server Name
Step 4
Click Login.
If your credentials are correct, your account will connect and you will be able to view your balance, market quotes, and available trading instruments.

Step 1
Download MetaTrader 5 from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Open the app and tap Manage Accounts.

Select Login to an Existing Account.

Select the server assigned to your account.

I cannot find the FortressFx Ltd server. What should I do?
Please ensure you are searching for FortressFx Ltd exactly as shown in your account details.
If the server does not appear:
Confirm you have a stable internet connection.
Restart the MT5 application.
Refresh the server search.
Verify the server name in your dashboard.
Contact Legion Funded Support if you are still unable to locate it.
My login says "Invalid Account" or "Authorization Failed." What should I do?
This usually occurs because of one of the following:
Incorrect Login ID
Incorrect Password
Incorrect FortressFx Ltd server selected
Copying credentials with extra spaces
Your account has not yet been activated
Please verify your credentials exactly as provided.
Why can't I place trades?
Possible reasons include:
The market is closed.
You are attempting to trade an unavailable instrument.
Trading has been disabled on your account.
Your account has breached one or more trading rules.
You have insufficient free margin.

Yes.
You can access the same trading account simultaneously from multiple devices, including:

Why are prices not updating?
If live prices are not updating:
Check your internet connection.
Ensure you are connected to the correct FortressFx Ltd server.
Restart MT5.
Verify that the market is open.
